Multiple Wyoming Walmarts evacuated on Black Friday afternoon

Pitchengine Communities has received reports that multiple Wyoming Walmarts were evacuated this afternoon after what appears to be a single caller made bomb threats. At about 3:30 p.m. on Black Friday, the bomb threat was made at the Riverton Walmart. Riverton Police arrived and assisted with the evacuation per Walmart's request, Capt. Eric Murphy said. The store was deemed safe about about 30 minutes. Murphy confirmed that similar threats were made at Rawlins and Rock Springs Walmarts. Pitchengine has also received tips that Cody's Walmart was evacuated. Information about what the caller who made the threat actually said has not yet been released. More information will be posted as it becomes available. Photos show the Riverton crowd that was evacuated.
