Dreaming of a White Christmas? Chances here are pretty good

[image: Inline image 1] The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administrations's National Climate Data Center today issued its forecast for where at least one inch of snow could be on the ground December 25th. For the Rocky Mountains including Central and Western Wyoming, the chance is pretty high, at least historically. The Wind River Range is sure to be covered in snow by then and the Wind River Basin looks to have a 61 to 75 percent chance of a White Christmas. The forecast is based on a 30 year average of several climatological measurements. #county10 #news
