Sunday, Dec. 13th LANDER – The always popular Art in the Afternoon Holiday Art Fair, 10-4 pm at the Lander Community and Convention Center, 950 Buena Vista Drive. ETHETE - Fremont County Democrats Monthly Meeting, 4 PM at the Wind River Tribal College in Ethete. We'll do some regular business and hear from Fremont County Commissioner Andi Clifford. Andi will fill us in on her first months in office and issues facing our county. Bring a table setting and your best Holiday fare to share. Egg nog? Yes. Ginger bread? Oh, yeah. Lefse? You betcha'. Live auction, photo booth, dancing, cash bar, DJ and a countdown to New Years. All proceeds go toward the project costs of building Fremont County’s first community splash pad in Riverton. The only show of its kind, this show gives important visibility to Native American artists in Wyoming. Around Town features traditional and contemporary work from over 30 artists in multiple disciplines including film, mixed media, photography, sculpture, beadwork and paint.
