Massive marijuana grow operation stopped in Casper and Fremont County

On Wednesday, December 16th, 2015, the Casper Police Department and the Wyoming Division of Criminal investigation Central Enforcement Team (CEET) conducted a search warrant at 372 Oleander in Casper, Wyoming. Officers/Agents seized approximately 54 marijuana plants in various stages of growth and maturity. In addition to the 54 marijuana plants, approximately 375 grams of bulk marijuana, packaging material and scales were also seized. The suspect, Neil Arcuri, 35, (see below) was arrested and charged with felony possession of marijuana, as well as possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and cultivation of marijuana. [image: image001.jpg] Information obtained from the search warrant at 372 Oleander was passed onto the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation Northwest Enforcement Team (NWET) for follow up. On Thursday, December 17, 2015, Agents of the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation Northwest Enforcement Team conducted search warrants on two separate residences/buildings in Fremont County, 7340 Riverview Rd and 518 N Broadway Ave. The search warrants resulted in the seizure of approximately 640 high grade marijuana plants (see photo), additional bulk marijuana and an undetermined amount of cash. The suspect, Luke Jackson Tilghman, 33, was arrested on other charges unrelated to the current investigation and charges are pending.
