Here is the weekend recap of law enforcement activity from around the county. All persons arrested or citied are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law: *Fremont County Sheriff's Office* *Arrests:* *Annalisa Davis*, 22, Riverton, Driving Under the Influence, Driving Under Suspension, No Proof of Insurance, and felony Property Destruction. Read more about her arrest here . *Brandon Jenkins*, 36, Riverton, Parole Arrest Warrant. *Lesley Primeaux*, 29, Ethete, Probation Revocation and Failure to Appear. *Calls:* At 3:19 p.m. on Friday, deputies in Dubois assisted Department of Family Services with an on-going child welfare investigation. At 9:21 p.m., a caller in the Lander area reported that someone near her house was shooting a gun. The sound was determined to be fireworks. A theft reported in the Riverton area on Saturday morning is under investigation. Additional information was not released. An anonymous caller on the 6800 block of Riverview Road reported horses and cows being neglected. The report was determined to be unfounded. Deputies on Saturday afternoon assisted EMS with a snowmobile crash in the Union Pass area. At 3:43 p.m. a caller in the Pavillion area reported seeing elk on ice. No law enforcement action was needed, and Game and Fish was notified. An older Pontiac or Buick sedan was seen striking a gate on Elder Lane and drove off. Deputies were unable to locate the vehicle. A 22-year-old Riverton man was cited after an 11 p.m. Saturday hit and run crash. He was located 24 hours after the crash. On Sunday, deputies assisted with ambulance and traffic violation calls. A burglary was reported at 2:11 a.m. on Monday in the Riverton area. Additional information was not released; it is under investigation. *Lander Police Department* *Arrests/Citations:* *A 30-year-old man* from Fort Washakie was cited for Driving Under Suspension and Expired Registration. *Shannon Juve*, 22, Fort Washakie, Driving Under the Influence. *Corey Price,* 26, Lander, Domestic Abuse. Laurissa Price, 27, Lander, Domestic Abuse. The pair were arrested following a physical altercation that was reported at 1:47 a.m. on Monday. *Calls:* At 8:08 a.m. on Monday, a caller on Lincoln Street reported a broken window. The damage was possibly caused by a BB gun. A construction trailer on East Main Street was found burglarized on Friday morning. Unknown suspects took numerous tools. The report is under investigation. A runaway reported in Lander early Saturday morning was located in Fort Washakie by Wind River Police. A window on Fremont Street was found damaged by a BB gun on Saturday morning. At 11:26 a.m. on Saturday, a local reported receiving a phone call from an unknown number stating that they had the caller's daughter and they were going to kill her. The report was determined to be unfounded as all of the caller's daughters were found to be OK. At 12:58 p.m., a caller in the area of Main and North Ninth reported a woman in a wheelchair in the wrong lane of travel. Multiple reports of harassments were reported. Lander Volunteer Firefighters knocked out a small fire at a trailer home on the 300 block of Wood Street shortly before midnight on Sunday. The caller reported a breaker kicking off and then smelling and seeing smoke. LVFD Chief Eric Siwik said the fire was contained beneath the home. Minor smoke and water damage occurred inside the home. Firefighters were on-scene until about 2 a.m. No injuries occurred. Siwik said the cause is still being investigated, but it appears to be accidental at this time. *Riverton Police Department* *Arrests/Citations* *Three (3) 13-year-old females and one 14-year-old female,* all from Riverton, were caught and cited for Minor Under the Influene at Riverton Middle School for drinking cocoa and vodka. *Rosetta Hutchinson*, 38, Ethete, Failure to Appear *Clement Eagle*, 43, of Arapahoe, Public Intoxication *Ronald Brown*, 49, St. Stephens, Public Intoxication *Kevin Wilson*, 35, Shoshoni, Driving While Under the Influence, Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine, Possession of a Controlled Substance-Marijuana. Personal amounts. *Jody Blackburn*, 35, of Arapahoe, Public Intoxication and Failure to Appear *Byron Brown*, 41, of Arapahoe, Contempt of Court *Raymond LittleThunder*, 32, Riverton, Contempt of Court *Rosalie Willow*, 30, Riverton, Failure to Appear *Eldon Antelope,* 50, Riverton, Public Intoxication. He was found passed out in the women's restroom at Riverton City Park. *Lionel Brown*, 48, Public Intoxication *Cassandra Goggles*, 43, Public Intoxication *Kenneth Shakespeare*, 29, of Arapahoe, Failure to Appear *Steven Amos*, 44, Riverton, Public Intoxication *Stephanie Piper*, 30, Riverton, Child Endangerment. Piper's 8-year-old son called 911 to report his mother would not wake up. Police found Piper passed out and very intoxicated. There was also a 1-year-old child in the house. Piper was taken to the emergency room for a high blood alcohol count and then arrested. *Dawn Heller*, 44, Riverton, Public Intoxication *Newell Duran*, 50, Riverton, Probation Revocation *Calls * *There were 36 calls for service on Thursday* Police assisted Emergency Medical crews with a 65-year-old man who was struck by a bull twice and then tossed over a fence by the animal in the 1900 block of East Monroe. A school bus drive-by was reported Thursday afternoon in the 900 block of Webbwood. Police are awaiting video. A person in a drive-through lane in the 1800 block of North Federal was screaming at employees who called police. A police report indicated it was a misunderstanding. "She went of on a tangent about the Hatfield and McCoys and was not angry at the staff, she apologized," a police report said. A five-year-old girl was reported missing after she failed to get off of the school bus at her stop. The girl was later found inside the school bus sound alseep. She was taken back to her stop. A man who was found passed out and very cold in the snow was intoxicated. He was taken by ambulance to the emergency room. *There were 34 calls for service on Friday* Police were unable to find two males walking in the snow along the Rails to Trails Pathway wearing pajama bottoms. They did not have shoes. A party who rented a room at the Roomers Motel paid their bill and left. When the room was cleaned, a $400 television set was discovered missing. The charge was added the party's credit card. A 44-year-old man needed help after falling out of his chair. Police and EMS assisted the man. A report of a Minor In Possession is pending. The report came from Riverton High School. *There were 25 calls for service on Saturday* A woman who was found alive but unresponsive on the floor of her home was taken to the emergency room. Police assisted an ambulance crew for a man who fell and was taken to the emergency room. The call came in from the 1300 block of North Federal. The parents of a Riverton Middle School students called police to report that she was being bullied on a Facebook site. A two vehicle crash was reported 2:34 p.m. at South 3rd East and East Adams between a red 1988 Jeep Cherokee and a white 2005 GMC pickup. Over $1,000 was reported. Two women who were asked to leave a shoe store in the 1100 block of West Main because of a previous shoplifting incident became abusive with store staff and threatened them with a pocket knife and promised to meet them outside when the store closed. They failed to show up. There was an unfounded report of drugs and drug paraphernalia at a residence in Riverton. Nothing was found. *There were 22 calls for service on Sunday. * A man called police from an apartment on Eagle Drive saying his girlfriend was just there, hit him in the nose and broke his 32-inch $500 value RCA television set. He said he did not want to file charges against her, but wanted reimbursed for the Television set. Police are investigating an alleged protection order violation via Facebook. A vehicle was struck in a parking lot in the 1000 block of North Federal by an unknown vehicle and a rear taillight was broken out. There are no suspects. A two-vehicle crash between a silver 2000 Nissan Frontier vs a white 2009 International Durastar truck. Damage was over $1,000. A woman called police to report that she was driving a 2005 Yukon and was being chased by another motorist. The woman pulled into the RPD lot and ran inside, followed by a man. Police asked the man if he had been chasing her, and according to a police report, he allegedly said "Yes, she stole my truck." The vehicle was registered to the man. Family members came and collected the woman. There were no charges. *Fremont County Ambulance* EMS crews responded to 63 calls for service Friday into Monday morning. *Fire Departments* Firefighters across the county responded to 11 calls for service over the weekend. These included alarms, wrecks, and potential fires. *Fremont County Coroner* There was one coroner call over the weekend. Chief Deputy Coroner Erin Ivie said the death of a 69-year-old male in Riverton on January 9th was due to natural causes. [image: Inline image 1] #county10 #news
