Here is Wednesday’s law enforcement recap from around the county. All persons cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Lander Police Department* *Arrests/Citations:* *A 24-year-old Lander man* was cited for Failure to Maintain Lane. The citation was issued following a 9:11 a.m. wreck on the 900 block of Main Street. *Marshall Balzly*, 38, FCSO Warrant. *A 32-year-old woman* was cited for Possession of Marijuana following an assist request from the Department of Family Services. *Tony Starks*, 27, Lander, No Interlock Device. *Calls:* A patient at Pineridge told police he was being held against his will. Police reviewed the situation, and everything was determined to be OK. At 3:23 p.m., police took a report of a possible theft after multiple miscellaneous items were discovered on Washington Street. *Fremont County Sheriff's Office* *Arrests:* *Mariano Majera-Pena*, 30, Riverton, Failure to Appear. *Scotty Pursel*, 42, Lander, Domestic Violence Battery. Pursel was arrested following a report of the abuse outside of Lander at about 11 a.m. on Wednesday. *Robert Sanders*, 43, Lander, Probation Revocation. *Calls:* At 10:22 a.m., a caller on the 1500 block of East Monroe Avenue reported that there's a dog that comes into her yard everyone morning. A woman on Blackfoot Avenue reported that her neighbor's dog was trying to kill her chickens. A caller in the Pavillion area reported getting a fraudulent call from someone claiming to be from Social Security. At 7:07 p.m., a vehicle slid-off was reported off Squaw Creek Road. A fight between a couple jail inmates was reported at 1:10 a.m. on Thursday. *Fremont County Ambulance* EMS crews responded to eight calls for service on Wednesday into Thursday morning. *Riverton Police Department* RPD calls were not immediately available.
