Here is Wednesday's recap of law enforcement activity around the county. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Lander Police Department* *Arrests/Citations:* None. *Calls:* At 12:16 p.m., a caller on North Sixth Street reported two missing pit bulls. The dogs eventually returned. A two-vehicle wreck at a location along Highway 789 resulted in more than $1,000 in damage. No citations were noted in connection to the call. At 1:40 p.m., police were called to the 300 block of South Second Street for a report of someone passed out inside a red Toyota Camry. The vehicle was gone when police arrived. A window along Buena Vista was found damaged by a BB. At 3:32 p.m., the B&B Lounge reported that an unknown man wearing a black hoodie and white shorts stole a bottle of whiskey. Police were unable to find the man. *Fremont County Sheriff's Office* *Arrests:* *Timothy Castor*, 27, Fountain, Colo., Conspiracy to Deliver Methamphetamine. The arrest was reportedly in connection to a DCI case. *Danny Ortiz,* 36, Riverton, Contempt of Court. According to the Fremont County Sheriff's Office, the local court granted a furlough request to Ortiz, who was an inmate at the jail, for a medical appointment. Ortiz allegedly did not attend the appointment; a deputy later found him walking along Highway 26 and took him back to the jail. *Calls:* A report of drug use that came in at about noon is under investigation. All other information was redacted from the media release. A trespasser was reported on a property on Two Valley Road. *Riverton Police Department * *Arrests/Citations* *Dominic FightingBear*, 39, of Arapahoe, Public Intoxication *Leland FightingBear*, 37, Riverton, Public Intoxication *Michael Mariner*, 28, Riverton, Albany County warrant for Failure to Pay Fines; Fremont County warrant for Failure to Appear. *A 13-year-old boy* was cited for shoplifting after trying to take two cans of Red Bull from the Safeway Store. The boy was turned over to his grandmother. *Calls* *There were 22 calls for service* Under investigation is a reported fraud. No other details were available. A caller reported being harassed by telephone. The aggressor was called by police and told to knock it off. A caller reported drug activity in the area. The tip was referred to the Wyoming Department of Criminal Investigation. A female who was terminated from a business in the 200 block of East Main returned and demanded money that she said she was owed. When refused, the woman allegedly knocked items to the floor and left. A straw containing a white powdery substance was found at the Eagles Nest Transitions Home on West Main. The substance did not test positive for a controlled substance. It was logged in at the RPD. *Fremont County Ambulance* EMS crews responded to 10 calls for service Tuesday into Wednesday morning. *Fremont County Coroner* There were no coroner calls on Tuesday, although law enforcement was called to the area of the Rendezvous Ponds this morning where a body was found.
