Whiteplume entered Not Guilty plea Wednesday to burglarizing Riverton Post Office

A 30-year-old man from Arapahoe Wednesday afternoon entered a plea of not guilty to a charge of Burglary of a United States Post Office. The plea was entered before Federal District Court Judge Scott Skavdahl in Casper. Allen Joseph Whiteplume, Jr., is alleged to have broken into the customer service area of the Riverton Post Office and attempted to remove cash boxes from the customer service area. He was caught in the process by Riverton Police after a silent alarm was activated. No date for Whiteplume's next court appearance was immediately set.
