Owner of Riverton's Java Java Espresso says goodbye

Today, the owner of Java Java Espresso, Kendra Aanestad took to Facebook and announced that after 11 years her family has decided to sell the business. The post was made on the coffee shop's page this afternoon: "This last week has been very emotional for us at Java Java. My husband and I decided to make a huge step in our lives. After 11 great years, we've decided to sell our business to a very loving family in our loyal community of Riverton. This place has given us so much joy over the past 11 years. So many wonderful people have passed through our little coffee shop. We are very fortunate to have had such wonderful support. Our family started this business back in the early 90's, my grandpa's hands built the little shack that would hold so many memories to come, and it has seen many of the same familiar faces come and go throughout the years. Java Java has made Illy espresso a household name in Riverton, and continues to provide the same high end specialty drinks to this day. This passion and continued support from family, friends, baristas, and our amazing customers can't be replicated anywhere else but here in Fremont County. We are very excited to announce that the Apodaca Family will now be a part of our family tradition. I'm confident that they will help Java Java live on and provide the same quality drinks and friendly baristas for years to come. Thank you, Riverton, for your continued support of Java Java Espresso!" - Kendra Aanestad *Photo h/t Jave Java* #county10 #news
