Lander home invasion suspects get fifth charge added to their plates

The subjects in mid-December's violent home invasion and assault in Lander are facing yet another charge in connection to the case. Mark Eisnnicher, 33, Daquen Eisnnicher, 20, Brittany Church, 23, and a 17-year-old boy, all of Lander, have been bound over to District Court on the following charges: two counts of Aiding and Abetting Aggravated Battery, Burglary, and Conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Battery. And last week, the Fremont County Attorney's Office added a new charge for each of them, a felony county of unlawful entry. The crime does not replace the previous burglary charges, which holds a similar statutory requirements to meet: namely that they entered a home without permission to commit a crime. He faces crimes of Conspiracy to Commit Unlawful Entry and two counts of Accessory to Aggravated Assault.
