Snow expected Saturday and Saturday night

A hazardous weather notice posted by the National Weather Service in Riverton indicates that light to moderate snow will move east of the Continental Divide on Saturday with areas of blowing snow possible Saturday afternoon. For Monday, a storm system moving across the four corners region will bring areas of light snow from a line extending from Rock Springs, to Lander, to Casper and southward with snow tapering off Monday night. According to the NWS statement, snow combined with northeast wind at 20 to 30 mph could cause blowing snow and limited visibility, especially along the Interstate 80 corridor.
