Four from Lander Junior Rifle and Pistol Club win titles at Junior Olympic Championships

Wyoming USA Shooting Junior Olympic Air Rifle, Air Pistol and Smallbore Championship Results are posted below. The Team from Lander did very well. Youth convened at the Laramie County Shooting Sports Complex in Archer, Wyoming on Saturday, January 16th to compete in the 2016 Wyoming Junior Olympic Championship Match. Hosted by Laramie County 4-H Shooting Sports and American Legion Post 6, the match drew 40 youth competitors from around the state. Great shooting was on display from representatives of five teams, including: American Legion Post 6 (Cheyenne), East HS JROTC, Natrona HS JROTC, Lander Junior Rifle and Pistol Club, and the Laramie County 4-H Shooters. Champion plaques were sponsored by the Wyoming State Shooters Association and category medals were provided by American Legion Post 6. Huge thanks go first to the fine folks at the Laramie County shooting Sports Complex for hosting with their excellent facilities.
