Dispatch: Arrests; Multiple light bar thefts reported; Man assaulted with a frying pan; Coroner ruled Ethete man froze to death

Here is the weekend recap of law enforcement activity around the county. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Lander Police Department* *Arrests/Citations:* *A 33-year-old Lander woman* was cited for a Vehicle Registration Violation and No Proof of Insurance. *Phillip Lemons,* 30, Lander, Johnson County Warrant. *Myron Chavez,* 48, Ethete, Driving Under the Influence and a FCSO Warrant. *A 13-year-old Lander girl *was cited for Minor Under the Influence. Department of Family Services is involved. *Robert Bunten*, 39, Lander, Public Intoxication. He was arrested on the 1100 block of North Second Street at about 7:06 p.m. on Saturday. *Two 14-year-old Lander boys* were cited for Shoplifting for $15 in items from Mr. D's on Sunday morning. *Owen Rouillard Jr*., 47, Ethete, for a St. Charles, Mo., Warrant. *Calls:* At 10:05 a.m. on Friday, a caller on the 100 block of East Main Street reported that there was a large cable causing a traffic hazard. City crews removed 100 feet of cable from the road. At 10:42 p.m., a baby sitter reported finding bruises on the kids she was watching. The case has been referred to the Department of Family Services. A fight at a location on Main Street was reported at about 10:45 p.m. Police have a potential suspect for the instigator, and the incident is still under investigation. A report of possible domestic abuse on Saturday evening was determined to be unfounded. *Fremont County Sheriff's Office* *Arrests:* *Karlien Osborn*, 23, Lander, two Failures to Appear. *Jandra Peasley*, 32, Shoshoni, Domestic Violence Battery and Breach of Peace. At 1:41 a.m. on Sunday, deputies were called to a home in Shoshoni for a report of an underage drinking party. The original caller alleged that Peasley provided alcohol to minors, but deputies could not substantiate the claim. However, the original caller also reported witnessing Peasley "commit an act of domestic violence against a 17-year-old male," the sheriff's office reports. *Calls:* Deputies handled a disorderly situation in the Gardens North Subdivision early Friday afternoon. Deputies searched the Riverton area for someone with a fugitive warrant on Friday, but no one was found. A light bar was reported stolen from a location on the 1100 block of East Monroe. At 2:49 a.m., a caller in Dubois said he woke to the sound of someone trespassing in his home who was possibly smoking marijuana. The report was determined to be unfounded. At 11:52 a.m. on Saturday, deputies were called to the area of the 10200 block of Highway 789 for a report of a couple fighting outside of a black Chevy pickup. Deputies were unable to find the subjects. Deputies on Saturday evening assisted Wind River Police with a domestic violence case. A sexual assault reported Saturday is under investigation; additional information was not released. At 7:54 p.m., deputies responded to a home outside of Lander for someone who broke a window at the residence. At 4:28 p.m. on Sunday, a woman in the Riverton area reported that someone was harassing her on Facebook with messages and photos. *Riverton Police Department* *Arrests/Citations* *Two 17-year-old females* from Riverton were cited for Minor Under the Influence. *A 55-year-old female and a 32-year-old male *were issued No Trespass orders from an address in the 700 block of West Park Avenue. *Roberto Duran*, 37, Riverton, Aggravated Assault. According to a police report, Duran allegedly hit his boyfriend with a frying pan several times in the head and stabbed him with a steak knife. The victim received a laceration on his arm from the knife. *Eldon Antelope*, 51, Riverton, Public Intoxication *Hayes Goggles,* Riverton, Contempt of Court warrant *Clowry Means*, 49, St. Stephens, Public Intoxication *Lionel Brown*, 48, Riverton, Public Intoxication *Clement Eagle*, 43, of Arapahoe, Public Intoxication *Lawrencetta Addision*, 58, Lander, Failure to Appear *Calls* *There were 31 calls on Friday* A report of child abuse is under investigation. The call came in at 10:16 a.m. from the Riverton Area. No other details were released. The owner of two dogs who were reported to be acting aggressively had jumped a fence near the former skate park. The owner of the animals was contacted. Police assisted the fire department with a call at Valley Circle and East Sunset at 11:48 a.m. At 1:37 p.m. a theft from a vehicle was reported from the 1400 block of Pinecrest. Taken were two-20 inch light bars valued at $200.00 each, one-40 inch light bar valued at $300.00, and one 50 inch light bar valued at $800.00. The theft is under investigation. Police assisted an ambulance crew with a 79-year-old woman who fell at her home in the Wind River Estates at 3:33 a.m. A two-vehicle crash was reported at the 100 block of South 5th East between a 2006 GMC Sierra and a gray 2009 Ford F-150. A hit and run report was not completed. The complaint came in from the 1200 block of West Main Street. At 3:34 p.m. officers assisted the U.S. Marshal’s Office attempting to locate a person. There were 29 calls on Saturday A report of a theft in the 4200 block of Country Club Drive is pending. Police assisted an ambulance crew with a 46-year-old male who suffered a knee injury in the Wind River Estates. Police were unable to locate a man allegedly exposing himself as he walked across the street in the 200 block of East Main A shoplifting report from a theft at Walmart is pending Another light bar theft from a truck was reported on Saturday. A 16 inch light bar valued at $100 was taken. *Fire Departments* Firefighters countywide to four calls for service including wrecks and a gas leak. *Fremont County Ambulance* EMS crews responded to 36 calls for service over the weekend. *Fremont County Coroner* There was one coroner call over the weekend, that for the natural death of an 89-year-old man in Riverton.
