Here is Wednesday's recap of law enforcement activity around the county. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Lander Police Department* *Arrests/Citations:* *Gaylene Wagon*, 57, Lander, U.S. Marshal's Warrant. *Calls:* At 11:07 a.m. on Tuesday, police were called about a white SUV stuck in a snow drift in the area of North Third and Lincoln Streets. The SUV was gone when police arrived. Officers issued multiple warnings for code violations throughout town. Many of these were for people who were pushing snow off their property and into the streets, which is a violation of city ordinances without proper approval. At 12:54 p.m., a caller on the 200 block of Main Street reported there was a recliner in the alley partially blocking traffic. The chair was moved. Shortly before 4 p.m., police responded to a 911 hang-up. It was determined that there was simply a small child playing with the phone. At 9:32 p.m., a caller on North Sixth reported that there was a party going on involving minors. The report was determined to be unfounded. *Fremont County Sheriff's Office* *Arrests:* *Ezeekiel Osterkorn*, 22, Riverton, Aggravated Assault and Battery. Read more here . *Calls:* Throughout the morning, deputies took reports of juveniles getting into trouble or needing to be checked on. At 12:18 p.m., deputies responded to a report of a fight on the 1500 block of East Monroe Avenue in Riverton. The report is still under investigation. A purse found out at Ray Lake was turned in to the Lander Police Department. *Riverton Police Department* *Arrests/Citations:* *Tyson Lonebear,* 22, Fort Washakie, Driving While Under the Influence, Open Container, Possession of a Controlled Substance-marijuana (personal amount) *Robin Blind,* 34, Riverton, on two Failure to Appear warrants *A 23-year-old female* from Ethete was cited for shoplifting after trying to take $112 in cosmetics from Walmart. She was also issued a No Trespass order. *Aloysius Piper*, 48, Ethete, on a Failure to Appear warrant. *Calls:* *There were 26 calls for service* A resident in the1000 block of East Washington called police after being locked out of their home. They were able to get back inside without police assistance. A woman called to complain that a disability check in the amount of $21,199 was missing from her home in the 600 block of North Broadway At 10:30 police received a call from a motorist who discovered damage on his 2011 Dodge Dakota pickup. It is not known when the damage occurred or where. A repair estimate is over $1,000. A person called the police to report that someone had hacked his phone and was making many calls. He was receiving calls from unknown persons telling him to stop calling. A report was made. A vehicle versus bicyclist incident was reported at 4:56 p.m. at East Main and South 5th East. There was no damage and no injuries. A report had not been completed. Riverton police officers assisted sheriff's deputies with a knife assault call in the 1500 block of East Monroe at 11:46 p.m. *Fire Departments* Riverton Firefighters responded to two calls for service on Tuesday: a vehicle fire and a smoke investigation. *Fremont County Ambulance* EMS crews responded to 18 calls for service on Tuesday into Wednesday morning. *Fremont County Coroner* There were no coroner calls on Tuesday [image: Inline image 1] #county10 #news
