Dispatch: Arrests; Thefts reported; Woman sought for questioning; Drunk Driver caught; Vacant home destroyed by fire

Here's is Friday's recap of law enforcement activity around the county. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Riverton Police Department* *Arrests/Citations* *Cody Blackburn*, 37, Riverton on a Contempt of Court warrant *Clowry Means*, 49, St. Stephens, Public Intoxication *James Little*, 38, Cheyenne, on a felony warrant from Sweetwater County *Calls* *There were 27 calls for service* A two-vehicle collision was reported at West Main and North 5th at 11:56 a.m. between a blue 1998 GMC Sierra and a beige 2010 Ford. Damage was over $1,000. A man called from the 400 block of East Madison to report some missing tools. The man told police he didn’t realize the tools were missing until he saw someone else with them. The theft is under investigation. A caller reported a man passed out on a park bench in the 300 block of North Broadway. A short time later another caller reported a man laying in the snow in front of the bench. The man was taken to the emergency room for a high blood alcohol level and possible hypothermia. A woman reported some items were missing from her purse. Police are following up on the complaint. A woman called to say that her daughter was being harassed. The report was not complete. Police are looking for a 33-year-old woman today following an altercation at a family meeting Thursday on Oak Lane. At 8:13 p.m. the woman allegedly grabbed another family member’s hair and pulled her to the floor. The family was gathering to discuss their father’s terminal illness, according to a police report. The woman is being sought to obtain her side of the story. *Fremont County Sheriff's Office* *Arrests:* *Robert Hereford*, 51, Fort Washakie, Driving Under the Influence, Driving Under Suspension, Tail Lamp Violation, and a Failure to Appear Warrant. *Calls:* At 8:50 a.m., a caller in the Riverton area said some people were slandering her dad. At 4:22 p.m., deputies were called by a resident in the Gardens North Subdivision who found a lightbulb that looked like it had been used as a pipe. A woman in the Lander area reported that a water tank was stolen from her property sometime over Wednesday night. *Lander Police Department* *Arrests/Citations:* *Anjelica Addison*, 30, a resident of Arapahoe, FCSO Warrant. *A 39-year-old Lander woman* was cited for Expired Vehicle Registration and a Child Restraint Violation after police were called to Safeway at 10:23 p.m. for a report of possible shoplifting. Police discovered the other violations while investigating, but the shoplifting was unfounded. *Kimberly Blount*, 27, Lander, Domestic Battery. *Calls:* A wreck in the area of South Third and Cascade Streets was reported shortly before 1 p.m. There was more than $1,000 in damage. No citations were reported in connection to the wreck. A couple other wrecks were reported throughout the day. Police also contacted multiple residents who were not removing snow from their sidewalks. At 10:24 p.m., a caller on South Fourth Street reported a couple men yelling at each other outside. Police arrived and both subjects had left the area, but not before a vehicle's window was broken. The report is still being investigated. *Fire Departments* Firefighters from across the county were paged to a structure fire in Ethete.
