Natural Food Advice given to Lander Swim Team

(Lander, Wyo.) - The Lander Valley High School Swim team heard this past week from a nutrition expert who shared samples of natural foods with the swimmers that help athletes recover from strenuous exercise. Sarah Kolman, RN, MS, Integrative Nutrition consultant, was invited by head coach LT Chu to talk to the team. “It’s so important for these guys to know that performance is a formula of training, nutrition and lifestyle.
