Additional information was redacted. At 5:04 p.m., a man on Tweed Lane reported that a vehicle was going more than double the speed limit. No arrests or citations were noted in connection to the call. At 7:48 p.m., a caller on Missouri Valley Road reported a shouting match involving her neighbors. The argument was verbal only. *Lander Police Department* *Arrests/Citations:* *An 18-year-old Ethete man *was cited for No Driver's License and No Proof of Insurance. *A 34-year-old Lander woman* was cited for Driving Under Suspension. Calls: Police assisted with disposing of a dead cat that was found on Chittim Road. Most of LPD's calls on Wednesday were civil or animal issues. *Riverton Police Department* *Arrests/Citations* *Mark Ybarra*, 26, Riverton on a U.S. Marshal's courtesy hold. *Paul Bell,* 54, Riverton, Public Intoxication *Theodore Goggles,* 74, Riverton, Public Intoxication *Elton Yellowfish*, 39, Geary, OK, Public Intoxication *Calls:* *There were 22 calls for service* At 1:16 p.m., an officer accompanied a city worker to turn off water service to a residence in the 900 block of Forest Drive for non-payment of bills. A man apparently swallowed a large quantity of something, presumably drugs, during a traffic stop and had an immediate and very negative reaction. See that story here . A 17-year-old female was reported as a runaway at 8:39 p.m. from the 4200 block of the Airport Road. A caller reported a suspicious vehicle driving near the Rails To Trails pathway. It was a Wyoming Honor Farm employee checking the perimeter of the minimum security facility. At 10:30 p.m. a downstairs neighbor called police to report that people upstairs were playing their TV too loud. An officer asked the upstairs folks to turn down the TV and they did.
