It was announced today that the 46-year-old woman who dropped off the top of Diversion Dam on Friday afternoon has died. She reportedly followed a 17-year-old boy who fell. The woman was life-flighted to Casper for treatment where she later died. According obituaries that were released today from Wind Dancer Funeral Home, the two were mother Virginia Perry Noline

Noline . Services will be held at
Rocky Mountain Hall on Thursday evening.
The incident is being investigated by the Wind River Police Department,
which routinely declines to comment. At the time the incident was reported
late Friday afternoon, it was stated on radio traffic that the individuals
had jumped, but it is reportedly not being investigated as a suicide.
Fremont County Sheriff's Deputies, Search and Rescue personnel and EMS
crews all assisted in recovering the two from the Wind River.
