Dispatch: Dubois burglaries solved; Multiple juveniles in trouble

Here is the Thursday recap of law enforcement activity around the county. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Fremont County Sheriff's Office* *Arrests:* *Cisco Flood*, 30, Riverton Probation Violation. *Hubert Warren*, 31, of Arapahoe, Driving Under the Influence. *Calls:* Deputies and Wyoming Highway Patrol responded to an over-turned trailer on South Pass shortly after noon. At 4:15 p.m., a caller on Elder Lane reported that there was a dog that kept coming over into her yard and "taking stuff." A dead cow in the river near Kinnear was reported on Wednesday evening. The Wind River Police are expected to remove the cow from the water today. At 6:48 p.m., a string of break-ins in Dubois was solved. A 14-year-old Dubois boy has been cited for three counts of Criminal Entry for breaking into at least two buildings, one of them twice. Nothing was taken during the break-ins, the Sheriff's Office reports. *Riverton Police Department* *Arrests/Citations:* *Billy Noon*, 59, St. Stephen's, Driving Under the Influence. He was arrested following a South Federal traffic shortly before 9 a.m. on Wednesday. *An 18-year-old Ethete man* and a 16-year-old St. Stephen's girl were cited for minor in possession. *A 13-year-old Riverton girl* was cited for shoplifting $6 in candy bars. *Calls:* On Wednesday, Riverton Police responded to 38 calls for service. Pry marks were discovered on a 2012 Dodge pickup on Marry Anne Drive . A 38-year-old Billings man was trespassed from a local establishment after trying to shoplift a $7 bottle of vodka. 75 pills were reported stolen from a vehicle parked on the 1000 block of North Federal. At 5:07 p.m., police were called about a couple men sitting in a vehicle on the 1700 block of North Federal, drinking whiskey. The vehicle was gone upon police arrival. *Lander Police Department* LPD call details were not immediately available. They will be added when possible. *Fremont County Ambulance* EMS crews responded to 26 calls for service on Wednesday into Thursday morning. *Fire Departments* Firefighters responded to four calls for service on Wednesday.
