All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Fremont County Sheriff's Office* *Arrests:* *Marty Moore*, 34, Riverton, Domestic Violence Battery. The initial report to Rabbit Lane on Thursday evening indicated that Moore had flashed a gun at another male subject during the incident. The gun was later determined to never have been drawn, and it was found to be fake. No citations were issued in connection to the fake gun. *Calls:* A dog owner off Highway 789 near Riverton was cited for three counts of Dog at Large after pit bulls were caught attacking a calf. The calf had to be taken to a vet, and the owner of the dogs is expected to appear in court to answer for damages/restitution. The Department of Revenue confiscated cigarettes from an establishment in Dubois on Thursday for not having the appropriate tax stamps. A deputy stood by during confiscation. A caller in Hudson reported that they were bitten by a dog on Wednesday while they were delivering furniture. *Lander Police Department* *Arrests/Citations:* None. *Calls:* Another report of a scam phone call from someone claiming to be from the IRS was reported on Thursday morning. At 5:06 p.m., police were called to a home on Washakie Street where the caller had found chicken and pork bones in his yard. The caller believed someone was trying to harm his dogs. Suspects are unknown at this time. On Thursday evening, a man called police to report that his wife was overdue from a drive from Denver. The woman arrived home right after LPD was called. *Riverton Police Department* Riverton Police responded to 36 calls for service on Thursday. These included multiple disorderly situations, shoplifting, a vehicle theft and more. Specific details and arrest information was not immediately available; those will be added as soon as possible. *Fire Departments* Firefighters responded to three calls for service on Thursday, all in the Dubois area. *Fremont County Ambulance* EMS crews responded to 20 calls for service Thursday into Friday morning.
