(Christa Stream / Pitchengine Communities) * (Washington, D.C.) - The two Wind River Job Corps students who represented Wyoming at a national Job Corps event last week in the nation's capitol, also had a few opportunities to see the sights. "It was an awesome time," said Christa Stream, WRJCC’s business and community liaison who accompanied the students. The two, Gabe Shotgun and Adrian Cook, had a tour of the U.S. Capitol Building, visited with Wyoming's Congressional Delegation, went to several of the national memorials in the city and took a night tour. It was both student's first time to visit Washington, D.C. Shotgun and Cook are both in the first class of students at the Job Corps Center, both are in the welding program and Shotgun earned the program's first high school diploma awarded there. Cook is the president of the student association. *h/t to Christa Stream for sharing the photos with us. * [image: Inline image 1] *At the WWII Memorial * [image: Inline image 2] *With Marty Kenison, Gabe Shotgun, Christa Stream, Adrian Cook and WRJCC Director Julie Gassner, right, at Wyoming's Esther Hobart Morris statue at Statutory Hall inside the Capitol Building.* [image: Inline image 3] *At the Chief Washakie statue in the Capitol* [image: Inline image 4] *With Senior Wyoming Senator and WRJC's Champion Mike Enzi (h/t Sen.
