WYDOT's office in Lander to reopen soon

(WYDOT / Pitchengine Communities) * (Lander, Wyo.) - The Wyoming Department of Transportation's Lander office will reopen for public business on Thursday, March 10, following a crash early Sunday morning which caused significant damage to the building. Citizens requesting oversize and overweight permits are asked to work through the Riverton WYDOT office at 3615 W. Main St., in Riverton through Wednesday, and to either call 856-1341 or the Wyoming Highway Patrol at 1-800-442-9090 before driving to Riverton. Business-related communications with Lander WYDOT personnel should be directed to 332-4151. A West Valley Utah man, Rawlin Friday, 38, was arrested after his vehicle crashed into building. He was charged with Driving While Under the Influence. Damage to the building is estimated to be more than $20,000. Read more details here .
