Know a Cancer Hero? Nominate one today through Help for Health's "Tough Enough to Help Cancer" fund!

(Fremont County, Wyo.) - Fremont County is full of Cancer Heroes. Cancer Heroes are defined as: those who have won or lost the battle with cancer both adult and child, or some who is/was a caregiver to a cancer patient. "Tough Enough to Help Cancer Fund," managed through Help for Health of Fremont County, wants you to nominate a Cancer Hero in your life. Those chosen as this year recipients will be honored at the upcoming *Hat's off for Hope Gala on Saturday, April 23*. Help for Health encourages everyone to look at those individuals that they know and nominate someone who fits the criteria. You can download and print the form below to begin the nomination process.
