(Fremont County, Wyo.) - Here is Tuesday's recap of law enforcement activity around the county. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Fremont County Sheriff's Office* *Arrests:* *Anthony Fruciano*, 37, Kinnear, Domestic Violence Battery. *Calls:* A report of potential child abuse or neglect is under investigation. Additional information was not released. Yet another fake-IRS scam call was reported in the Lander area on Monday morning. A couple juvenile issue were dealt with in the Riverton and Lander areas. A semi reportedly slid off Highway 26 some time around midnight near Dubois. The truck was ultimately able to get back on the road. *Lander Police Department* *Arrests/Citations:* *A 59-year-old Lander man* was cited for a stop sign violation. *A juvenile Lander boy* was cited for Careless Driving and No Seatbelt following a a report of a vehicle spinning cookies and speeding along Fremont Street. *A 21-year-old Lander woman* cited for Property Destruction. The citation was made after a man said his ex-girlfriend burned his IDs and Social Security cards. *A 26-year-old Lander man* was cited for Theft after stealing $50 from someone. The man was served with a no trespass order from a local business. *A 27-year-old Lander man* was cited for Possession of Marijuana. *Calls:* A local reported finding $600 in fraudulent charges on their checking account. The person's bank is taking care of the situation. Police made contact after a caller on Main Street heard a teen girl saying "help me, help me" and then getting yelled at by her mom. Contact was made, and everything was OK. The death of a 63-year-old Lander man is reportedly under investigation by LPD and the Fremont County Coroner. A report of an assault late Sunday afternoon is under investigation. $55 in alcohol was stolen from a home on Sweetwater Street. The caller came home from a trip to find a hole in a screen and the alcohol missing. An unknown woman fled a local grocery store with $200 in merchandise. A local reported that someone had stolen oxycontin pills. The report was not yet complete. *Riverton Police Department* *Arrests/Citations:* *Charlene Yellowfox*, 50, Public Intoxication. Yellowfox was found sleeping naked under a pine tree behind the Family Dollar Store. *Eric Hendrickson*, 50, Anchorage, AK, Public Intoxication and Open Container. Hendrickson was found sleeping in the entrance to WalMart at 4:48 a.m. He allegedly had been hanging around the store since 9:30 the previous morning. *A 32-year-old woman* from Powell was cited for Shoplifting $319 in various grocery items from Walmart. *A 35-year-old man *of Arapahoe was cited for stealing $107.24 worth of DVDs and five articles of clothing from Walmart. *Bernadette Brown*, 45, Fort Washakie, on a Failure to Appear warrant *Calls* *There were 39 calls for service* Police were called to the 800 block of North Broadway at 4:17 a.m. on a report of a big fight with windows being smashed out of a house. The report was totally unfounded. There was no fight and no broken windows. A 67-year-old man called for help after falling and dislocating his hip in the 100 block of West Jackson at 7:33 a.m. A resident in the 800 block of Cheryl Sue called to report that a neighbor's trailer filled with trash was now being scattered by the wind. There was no one home, a door hanger was left. A resident in the 400 block of East Fremont called to complain that an auction company had not provided a bill of sale nor the title for a vehicle he had purchased some time ago. Police and an ambulance responded to the Walgreens Store where a customer had collapsed and was now stuttering her words. It turned out the woman had been using alcohol and muscle relaxers at the same time. She was given a ride home. A resident in the 600 block of North 10th East had failed to show up for work and her employer called for a welfare check. The woman said she was "okay" but need some alone time. Police and an ambulance were called to the 4100 block of St. Andrews Place where an elderly woman who had fallen last Friday was found still laying on the floor. She was transported to the hospital. A verbal fight was reported between a couple in the 800 block of Cheryl Sue. The argument was over finances. No action was taken. The mother of a 30-year-old man called police to report that another 30ish man had threatened to fight her son. A report was taken. The owner of a 2004 Chrysler Sebring reported someone had stolen her car keys, but they didn't take the car. A report came in at 8:23 p.m. from the 1000 block of East Fremont that three juvenile males had just egged their home. A new resident to Riverton was visibly upset according to a police report when calling in about a man who was unconscious in the alley behind McDonalds and Sears. The man was gone upon police arrival. Police believe it was a local transient. *Fremont County Ambulance* EMS crews responded to 15 calls for service on Monday into Tuesday morning. *Fire Department* Firefighters responded to two fire alarms and one report of a grass fire.
