Students saved drowning kids in Denver

(Ethete, Wyo.) - Wyoming Indian High School started the day today recognizing true hero/heroines. Our students Amanda Moss, Elise Kozlovsky, Lauren Antelope, Jada Antelope, and Jayce Old Coyote (not pictured above) all acted on heroic levels last weekend in Denver as they rescued 2 drowning children. One child was floating on the surface of a swimming pool and the other was at the bottom of the pool when our students took action pulling the unconscious children from the pool, alerting authorities, and providing first aid/cpr as the children regained consciousness and authorities arrived. We are very proud and thankful that our students were in the right place and did what was necessary to save the young lives.
