The pair were caught late Saturday in a vacant trailer home by the landlord. *Lester Dewey*, 48, Riverton, Contempt of Court. *Calls:* At 1:37 a.m. on Friday, police were called to Spire Dr. where a woman had come to someone's door reporting that they she had fell in a ditch. The woman vanished when police arrived. At 10:13 a.m., police were called about vandalism at the Pertech building. Someone had spray painted in red the words "kill yourself" on a wall. There are no suspects at this time. At 12:49 p.m., a woman reported that someone had stolen two car batteries. Unbeknownst to the thief, both batteries were dead. A four-year-old theft of art from a storage unit is under investigation. Two men over the weekend were transported to the emergency room for high blood alcohol levels. At 6 p.m. on Friday, police were called about a small fire in a ditch near the College Hill apartments. A 6-year-old boy had reportedly found some lighters and were playing with them Officers got the small fire out without needing the fire department. The boy and his family were talked to. At 5 a.m. on Saturday, police were called to Linda Lee Street for a report of four men fighting. Police arrived and found no fight. One man was going through an emotional break up, and the others were working to calm him down. At 1:21 p.m., a woman reported to police that a man she'd met at Pineridge, a local mental health facility, had shown up surprisingly at her home. She wanted it documented. At 3:51 p.m., a local man called police to report what he thought was possibly a break-in. He believed someone had switched his toilet seat from a black color to a blue color. There were no other signs of a break-in. While officers were at a call at the College Hill Apartments at 9:08 p.m. on Saturday, a four-year-old girl approached officers from out of no where. Police discovered that the girl belonged to the same family as the boy who started the fire on Friday. The family as further talked to about keeping an eye on their children. No citations were issued. A 12:28 p.m., a 19-year-old Lander woman was cited for attempting to shoplift $69 in merchandise from Walmart. On Sunday afternoon a woman drove her friend to Safeway, who came out of the store with a large load of meat. On the drive home, the woman confessed to having shoplifted the $118.32 in meat. The woman's friend ultimately called police. The 33-year-old suspect is still at large, but a citation is awaiting her. A red Ford Taurus was stolen while it was being warmed up late Sunday evening on the 2300 block of East Adams before someone went to work. The vehicle was found an hour later on the 200 block of North Eighth West. At 9:47 a.m. on Friday, a woman on Stoney Point Road in Dubois reported
hearing a lot of shooting a couple days prior.
A house on Cherry Street outside of Riverton was reportedly vandalized.
At 9:46 a.m. on Saturday, a caller on Graham Road in Jeffrey City reported
that their gate got left open earlier in the week and now there were wild
horses on her property.
A caller in Dubois on the 400 block of West Ramshorn reporting finding a
dead deer in a trash container.
An anonymous caller on Cherry Street reported seeing someone smoking
something in a truck. Deputies found nothing illegal.
A case of domestic assault in the Riverton area is under review by the
Fremont County Prosecutor.
At 10:46 a.m. on Sunday, a caller on Lost Wells Circle reported that
someone stole a 1977 vehicle that was not in running condition.
A woman in the Lander area reported that she thought someone was trying to
light her car on fire.
A possible suicide in the Crowheart area is under investigation.

*A 38-year-old Riverton man* was cited for Shoplifting mouthwash from Mr.
D's. He was given a no trespass order as well.
*A 21-year-old Lander man* was cited for Careless Driving following a
Friday evening wreck in an alley.

51, Riverton, Public Intoxication. *Benjamin Piper*, 50, Arapahoe, Public
Intoxication. The trio were arrested after panhandling late Saturday
evening on the 300 block of Main Street.
A report of drug sales activity on Main Street on Friday morning was
determined to be unfounded.
A couple minor wrecks around the town over the weekend resulted in no
injuries or citations.
At 3:55 p.m. on Saturday, a caller at the library reported a suspicious
subject who the caller thought might be planning on staying over night. The
report was determined to be unfounded.
A broken lock was discovered Saturday evening at a Main Street business.
Nothing appeared to have been taken.
At 4:50 p.m., a caller on Spriggs Drive reported that there were kids in
the area shooting air soft guns.
At 1:41 a.m. on Monday, a subject found the door to Mr. D's liquor store
shattered. There was more than $1,000 in damage done to the door, and about
$90 in alcohol was stolen. The burglary is under investigation.
At 3:25 a.m., another liquor store was found broken into. Melody Liquors
had a $500 window smashed and about $200 in alcohol was missing. It too is
