All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted. *Fremont County Sheriff's Office* *Arrests:* *Michael Gehnert*, 53, Fort Collins, Colo., Failure to Comply. *A 17-year-old Riverton boy* for Use of a Controlled Substance. *Kyle Page*, 18, Riverton, Probation Revocation. *Michael Primeaux*, 31, Ethete, Failure to Appear. *Robert Tyler*, 58, Fort Washakie, Driving Under the Influence. *Calls:* At 9:29 a.m., a deputy on Powerline Road near Pavillion helped get a horse unstuck from a cattle guard. The horse had a broken leg, and a vet was summoned. A woman on Foxtail Lane reported a possible scam. At 5:18 p.m., a caller on Highway 789 in Shoshoni reported kids riding motorcycles and dirt bikes on a road. *Riverton Police Department* *Arrests:* *Brian Goggles*, 40, St. Stephen's, Failure to Appear Warrant. *Chauncey Friday*, 49, Ethete, two Contempt of Court Warrants. *Calls:* At 1:29 a.m. on Monday, a caller on Railway Plaza reported seeing two people trying to breaking into cars. Police were unable to locate the subjects. At 8:09 a.m., police responded to a GMC pickup v. light pole wreck on the 1400 block of West Main Street. There was more than $1,000 in damage. At 8:15 a.m., a caller on East Main Street reported that a rental vehicle returned with a suspicious straw in the door, which might have been used with drugs. At 2:40 p.m., a school bus drive-by was reported on the 1500 block of East Monroe. The report is under investigation. At 6:20 p.m., a caller North Pointe Circle reported finding the screen to one their home's windows cut. There are no suspects and nothing was taken. Police were called to the 600 block of South Federal for a fight among four subjects in a parking lot at 11:05 p.m. The subjects were gone when officers arrived. *Lander Police Department* *Arrests:* *Benjamin Scott*, 24, Lander, and Janice Charley, 46, Ethete, for FCSO Warrants. *Anthony Long*, 20, Lander, LPD Warrant. *Calls:* The School Resource Officer and a local school are handling a situation in which a 13-year-old boy allegedly punched a 15-year-old girl in the upper arm. A hit and run crash in the post office parking lot resulted in over $1,000 in damage to the victim car. A couple reported stole a bottle of liquor from Safeway shortly after 2 p.m. The report is under investigation. *Fremont County Ambulance* EMS crews responded to 12 calls for service. *Fire Departments* Firefighters responded to three calls for service on Monday.
