Dispatch: Teens caught with weed; Smashed windows discovered

Here is Wednesday's recap of law enforcement activity around the county. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted. *Riverton Police Department* *Arrests/Citations:* *Two 16-year-old boys* were cited for Possession of Marijuana at Riverton High School. *Shawn Riley*, 42, Fort Washakie, Contempt of Court Warrant. *Eldon Antelope*, 51, Riverton, Public Intoxication. *Elijah Anderson*, 21, Riverton, Probation Violation. *Robin Blind*, 35, Riverton, Failure to Appear Warrant. *A 16-year-old Riverton girl* was arrested for Contempt of Court. *Calls:* Throughout the day on Tuesday, officers responded to verbal altercations between couples. Parties were separated, and no arrests or citations were issued. At 2:52 a.m., a local reported that a friend stole the caller's cell phone. The friend returned the phone, and no charges were filed. At 4:58 a.m. officers moved along a man who had fallen asleep in the vestibule at Walmart. An apartment window and vehicle window were found broken out at at 6:42 a.m. in the area of the 1200 block of East Adams. The investigation is pending the review of video surveillance. A drill set was found stolen from a building on Hillside Avenue. At 11:07 p.m., a caller on Arapahoe Drive reported hearing suspicious noises outside their home. Nothing out of the ordinary was found. *Fremont County Sheriff's Office* *Arrests:* None. The Fremont County Detention Center is currently responsible for 164 inmates. Of these, 146 are being held in the detention center, 14 are in substance abuse treatment programs, and four are being housed out of the facility. *Calls:* A caller in the Lander area reported being harassed by Wind River Reservation officials for driving a tow truck across the reservation. A report was taken. A report of a sexual assault is being investigated. Threats were reported among subjects in the Riverton area. A report of medications being stolen from a home in Pavillion was determined to be a civil matter. *Lander Police Department* calls will be added when they become available. *Fremont County Ambulance* EMS crews responded to 15 calls for service Tuesday into Wednesday morning. *Fire Departments* Firefighters responded to six calls for service on Tuesday, most of which were grass fires.
