Ragan: Coming home and sharing wisdom

It's always cool when a kid who grew up here comes back to his home town to inspire the youth. We have a lot of talent native Fremont County residents who are doing awesome things, but there's something special when they come back and teach us something. Today, Lander Valley High School alum Trevor Ragan returned to LVHS to give the high schoolers a dose of inspiring reality about what it takes to make themselves better. Ragan's method that he takes on the road is called Train Ugly. He encouraged the students to "be willing to be stupid" and not working about looking bad when you fail, because you can't learn or improve yourself without failing. The world needs people who don't just live in isolated cages, doing their own thing. The world needs "jungle tigers" to navigate and improve the world that they live in, he said. #county10 #news
