(Riverton, Wyo.) - Imposing a regulation
on a business by a government entity is not popular, except in Tuesday
night's case in Riverton.
In the council discussions and subsequent readings of an ordinance
prohibiting the use of vaping devices by those under 18-years-old, not one
retailer spoke out against the new rule.
Police Chief Mike Broadhead reported that all of the city's retailers who
deal with Vapors already prohibit minors from buying the product.

The vote to approve the amended ordinance was unanimous.
