Recent Arrests in Fremont County

Here are the arrests from the weekend reported by county law enforcement. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Fremont County Sheriff's Office* Anthony Addison, 34, Lander, on a Probation Revocation Mykenzie Carpenter-Lott, 21, Riverton, on a Probation Revocation Tracey Cleveland, 47, Lander, on a Contempt of Court warrant Michael Downey, 29, Riverton, on a Probation Revocation. *Calls of note: * There were 161 calls for service over the rain-filled weekend The FCSO assisted the BIA Wind River Police with a water rescue on Thunder Lane for people stranded by the flood near Ethete where the only escape was on a raft. The rescue was conducted without incident. Dogs running at large allegedly bit the ear off of a cow on Cameahwait Circle near Riverton. The County Coroner's Office was called on two natural deaths, one in Ethete and one in Lander. *Riverton Police Department* Ronald Brown, 50, St. Stephens, on a Failure to Appear warrant Cordell Washington, 42, Ethete, on a Failure to Appear warrant Colleen Brown, 30, Riverton, on a Failure to Appear warrant Natalie Brown, 30, St. Stephens, Shoplifting T-bone steaks valued at $50 from Safeway Christa Randolph, 39, Riverton, Battery-Domestic Violence. Randolph is alleged to have attacked her boyfriend and scratched him up during a discussion over former relationships. A 35-year-old Ethete man wanted on four warrants bonded himself out after he was arrested. Anderson Antelope, 54, Ethete, Public Intoxication Ray Reigner, 48, Riverton, on a Contempt of Court warrant A 16-year-old male from the Wind River Reservation was arrested after the BIA Wind River Police stopped him driving a stolen car from Riverton. A 26-year-old female of Riverton was issued a No Trespass order at Walmart A 39-year-old Riverton male was cited for Hit and Run after crashing his vehicle into a cement barrier and they allegedly lying to police about it. A 42-year-old Riverton woman from the 1300 block of East Washington who called police to complain about harassment from neighbors about her dogs, was served with two outstanding citations for having Dogs At Large. *Calls of note* A greeter at Walmart was pushed and thrown to the ground by one male and two female shoplifters who got away in a white truck. The greeter was not injured. A thief/thieves entered an unlocked gold Cadillac SRS in the 300 block of North 12th East and stole $400 taken from a purse inside. Police were called to the 1100 block of North Broadway on a suspicious person complaint where two teens were sitting on top of a roof and barbecuing. They were not doing anything illegal. *Lander Police Department* Anderson Antelope, 54, Ethete, Theft/Larceny Kenneth Clegg, 58, Lander, Property Destruction and Simple Assault Kelly Baker, 30, Lander, Shoplifting $46 in clothing from Shopko Rachel Norse, 23, Riverton, Shoplifting a $7 bottle of liquor at Mr. D's Dorian Duran, 22, Ethete, Public Intoxication, Possession of Marijuana, Disobeying a Lawful Order, Interference. A 20-year-old female from California was cited for Possession of Marijuana and No Proof of Insurance Ivan Bear, 46, St. Stephens, was served three (3) LPD warrants while he was incarcerated at the county detention center in Lander. 26-year-old female of Lander was cited for Peace Disturbance *Calls of note:* Two males and a female shoplifted about $250 in meat from the Lander Safeway Store and fled in a white car, last seen heading north out of town. Video Surveillance is being reviewed. An unknown male and female took a $400 guitar from a Lander Main Street business and left. The theft is under investigation. A woman who claimed she had permission to trap live chickens complained that "a lady is going around and kicking down her traps" in the 600 block of Garfield. [image: Inline image 1] #county10 #news
