(Lander, Wyo.) - The annual Wyoming Outdoor Weekend and Expo
is coming up this weekend on
May 20-21. It's a Consumer Show / Outdoor Field Trip weekend that you won't
want to miss if you Shoot, Fish, Hike, Bike, Climb or generally enjoy the
outdoors. It'll be a weekend destination event that will include field
events to showcase all of the outdoor activities typical of Wyoming.
It's coming up this weekend, and we've got 5 reasons you should attend.
*1. Take a field trip! * The Popo Agie Anglers will be at the Wyoming
Outdoor Weekend for a Casting Clinic at 4:00 p.m. Friday and a Fly Tying
Clinic at 9:30 a.m. Saturday. There will be other field trips as well
including shooting, mountain biking, climbing, tours of local sites and
*2. Pancakes anyone?!* The Kiwanis club is offering a breakfast at the
Wyoming Outdoor Weekend. The Lander Rotary will offer lunch too. You can
eat, and have fun at the Lander Community Center. Friday noon to 8:00 p.m.
and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
*3. Listen to live music* - On Friday, May 20, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Aaron Davis from the Screen Door Porch will be performing at the Wyoming
Outdoor Weekend in the Lander Community Center. Admission is free.
*4. Whatever your outdoor passion is, there is something for everyone. *

including Maven, Wind River Outdoor Company, The Bike Mill, and Gannett
