Recent Arrests in Fremont County

Here is the weekend arrest report from local law enforcement agencies. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Fremont County Sheriff's Office* Antonio Anguiana-Lopez, Ogden, UT, State of Colorado arrest warrant for dangerous drugs Michael Cousineau, 37, Riverton, on Contempt of Court and Failure to Appear warrants Consualo Curley, 41, Fort Washakie, Six (6) arrest warrants including Possession with Intent to Deliver (DCI), Conspiracy (DCI), three Contempt of Court warrants and one Failure to Appear warrant Jonathan Davis, 33, Riverton, Contempt of Court warrant Laura Dresser, 35, Fort Washakie, Probation Revocation A 16-year-old male juvenile from Lander on a Bond Revocation Dusty Harris, 34, Riverton, Possession of Methamphetamine and on a Failure to Appear warrant Natasha Kornder, 39, Riverton, Possession of Marijuana and on a Failure to Appear warrant. Zachary Osborne, 23, Lander, Domestic Violence Battery. A 41-year-old county resident was cited for Driving While Under the Influence following a one-vehicle rollover on North Smith Road in which the male driver had to be extricated from the vehicle. *Calls of note:* The county coroner's office responded twice over the weekend on calls involving the deaths of an 82-year-old Dubois man and a 52-year-old Riverton man. Coroner Mark Stratmoen said while investigations are underway, both are apparent natural deaths. A man reported a big Cowboy shaking his hand at a Dubois tavern broke one of his fingers with his strong grip. He did not know who the Cowboy was. An investigation is underway in the case of a local taxidermist formerly located at Highway 26 and the Eight Mile Road who is alleged to have taken money and not produced a finished product or returned numerous animal mounts to their owners. Numerous complaints were filed. A one-year-old child being supervised by older siblings in Dubois crawled away and into a chicken coop and would not come out. Deputies advised the father to be more vigilant in watching over children. A single vehicle rollover on the Atlantic City Road was attributed to driver distraction. The vehicle rolled once down a 14-foot embankment. There were minor injuries report. *Riverton Police Department* Timothy Alsup, 49, Los Angeles, CA, Reckless Endangering. Alsup is alleged to have chased some people around with a six-inch knife. There were no injuries. Sabrina Black, 29, Riverton, on a Probation Revocation Cordell Washington, 42, Ethete, Public Intoxication Kathy Lafoya, 56, Riverton, Driving While Under the Influence Arleta Clair, 30, Fort Washakie, Interference A 12-year-old Juvenile female was cited for No Valid Drivers License. Jessica Cooley, 34, Riverton, Public Intoxication Terrence White Antelope, 61, of Arapahoe, on a Probation Violation Ryan Monroe, 28, Ethete, on a Contempt of Court warrant Rosita Piper, 28, Ethete, Battery. Piper allegedly slapped her boyfriend in front of a police officer. A 39-year-old male of Riverton was cited for Possession of Marijuana Joseph MedicineTop, 49, Riverton, Public Intoxication James Crary, 60, Riverton, Driving While Under the Influence *Calls of note:* Police are investigating a vandalism of a 2004 Chevy Silverado in the 800 block of South Federal Boulevard that caused over $1,000 in damages. The windows of the vehicle were broken out with a river rock and the tailgate handle was broken. A total of $550 in cash was reported stolen from a residence in the 900 block of Forest Drive. *Lander Police Department* Geneviene Hereford, 29, Lander, on a Lander Municipal warrant Lyle Reyos, 27, Ethete, Driving While Under the Influence. Cited for Driving Under Suspension, No Proof of Insurance, Eluding and Reckless Driving. Michael Friday 27, Lander, Driving While Under the Influence Shannon Mcorely, 26, Lander, on a Fremont County warrant A 17-year-old female of Lander was cited for Assault on a county charge. A 23-year-old female of Ethete was cited for Hit and Run, Driving Under Suspension, Improper Backing. Damage was over $1,000. *Calls of note:* A woman who fell into a crawl space was transported to the hospital from an address on South 2nd Street. A resident on Bellvue drive reported their dog had been shot with a BB pellet. Detectives are following up. A fire in a dumpster behind Lynn Gardens on South 4th Street was extinguished by the Lander Volunteer Fire Department.
