Recent Arrests in Fremont County

Here is Monday's recap of arrests made over the weekend across the county. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Riverton Police Department* Theodore Goggles, 74, Riverton, Public Intoxication Cassandra Goggles, 44, Kinnear, Public Intoxication Anthony Stanford, 33, Rawlins, Public Intoxication and Interference Robin Blind, 35, Riverton, on a Failure to Appear warrant Matthew Chingman 20, Riverton, on a Failure to Appear warrant Austin Willow, 37, Ethete, Public Intoxication Dominic FightingBear, 39, of Arapahoe; and Ian Pine, 33 of Arapahoe, both arrested for Public Intoxication and Property Destruction after sleeping in a flower bed in front of Woodward's Floral and destroying it. Joseph Arthur, 38, Ethete, on two Failure to Appear warrants *Calls of note: * There were 12 incidents of vandalism reported on Friday up and down East Main Street from the 100 block to the 600 block and on each block north and south. A vandal sprayed HUB in red paint on the buildings. A male who disrobed down to his skivvies and started flexing his muscles and striking poses in front of a window at First Interstate Bank told police he had just finished working out and wanted to see himself. The man was ordered to put his clothes back on and to move along, perhaps to a mirror in his own home. Tool boxes in the back of two separate pickup trucks were stolen over the weekend. A third attempted break-in to a vehicle was prevented because the doors were locked. The thief was unable to pry the doors open. *Fremont County Sheriff's Office* Robert Addison, 27, Ethete, Breach of Peace and Resisting Arrest Richard Duran, 26, Ethete, Driving While Under the Influence, No Drivers License Thomas Hall, 42, Riverton, on a Failure to Appear warrant Melvin John, 35, Riverton, Domestic Violence Battery, Interference with an Emergency Call, on a Hot Springs County arrest warrant and for Failure to Pay Fines. John is alleged to have disabled both a cellular phone and a land line before allegedly assaulting a female victim. A 12-year-old ran for help and reported the incident. *Calls of note:* A camper located on Bird's Eye Pass had been stolen in Hot Springs County. It was returned to that jurisdiction. An alleged home burglary was reported in Dubois. The incident is under investigation. *Lander Police Department* The LPD did not report weekend calls this morning. *[image: Inline image 1]*
