Prepare for potential snowpack flooding; Help fill sandbags

(Fremont County, Wyo.) - The snowpack in the Wind River Range this Monday is reported at 166% of the median. But... "We are getting to that time of year where the percentage of median gets skewed by a few remaining sites," said Lee Hackleman of the Natural Resources Conservation Service in Casper. Sand bags, limited shovels and lunch will be provided to volunteers.
