Recent Arrests in Fremont County

Here is the report of weekend arrests around the county from local enforcement agencies. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Fremont County Sheriff's Office* Mark Taylor of Shoshoni, age 34 was arrested on Civil Bench Warrant. A fistfight between inmates at the detention center. 26 year old Seth Blackburn and 26 year old Fernando Ocon were both charged with battery for allegedly assaulting a 27 year old male. *Riverton Police Department (Saturday, May 28 - Tuesday, May 31)* 28 year old Natalie Miranda was arrested for driving under the influence. 19 year old male of Riverton was arrested for DUI. A 16 year old female was cited for Minor in Possession of Alcohol. She was released to Tribal DFS. 24 year old Troy Fasthorse was arrested for DUI and resisting arrest. Delmer Durand was arrested on outstanding warrant. Jalene Abeyta was arrested for aggregated assault. This case is still under investigation. RPD says "A weapon was involved and it appears that the subject was hit around the face and head area. Possibly with an xbox. The male victim was taken to the hospital. County 10 will have more details on this incident tomorrow. 30 year old Brandon Smiley was arrested for driving under suspension and no ignition interlock device. 47 year old female, Wanda Spoonhunter of Riverton and 40 year old Brian Goggles of Riverton were arrested for indecent exposure and failure to appear warrants. The two subjects were "fornecating under a pine tree in Riverton City Park." The reporting officer reports that when he arrived on scene both subjects were pulling up their pants. 34 year old Brandy Decola of Fort Washakie was arrested on outstanding warrant. More here. Clowry Means, 49, St. Stephens Public Intoxication 30 yo Arleta LeClair arrested on outstanding warrant. 34 year old Brian Anderson of Riverton was arrested. Disturbing the peace at City Park.
