Here is the report of weekend arrests around the county from local enforcement agencies. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Riverton Police Department* 31 year old male, Wolf Willow from Casper was arrested for U.S. marshals warrant. 32 year old male from Shoshoni was cited for open container. He was sitting in the car with the open container, but not driving. Thomas Arthur, a 32 year old male from Riverton was arrested for public intoxication and resisting arrest. The resist was more passive. Arthur went "limp" and officers had to carry him fireman's style. Daron Monroe, 18 year old male of St. Stephens was arrested for felony domestic violence. He slammed his girlfriend, who is 38 weeks pregnant, into a wall, bear hugged her and headbutted her. Shado Blackburn, 20 year old male from Fort Washakie was cited for open container, minor in possession and arrested on court warrant. Samuel Parker, 43 year old male of Riverton was arrested for felony DUI, driving under suspension and driving without insurance. Rupert Brown, 38 year old male from Arapaho was arrested for battery. He battered another male in a fist fight. The male suffered a laceration above his eye and was bleeding. Ronald Brown, 50 year old male was arrested for failure to appear warrant. *Lander Police Department * 37 year old male of Riverton, Richard Higinbotham was arrested on a Fremont County Sheriffs Office Warrant and cited for Peace Disturbance, resisting arrest and possession of Meth. 29 year old male of Lander, Ralph Higinbotham was arrested for public intoxication and peace disturbance. *Fremont County Sheriffs Office * Alyssa Jurado, 28 year old of Lander was arrested under Arrest Warrants, bond revocation and failure to appear. Van had rolled several times along Riverview Road and was found resting on it's top. There were no occupants. Deputies were unable to contact the vehicle's owner.
