Exhibition by Brownwyn Minton "Assortments, detours, & volumes." *Wind River Wine, Whiskey and Craft Beer Festival -* Friday, June 3rd from 6-9 p.m. at the Inn at Lander. Learn more . *Saturday, June 4 * *LVHS FBLA Nationals Benefit Garage Sale *- Participants will be holding a Benefit Garage Sale on Saturday, June 4th at the Methodist Thrift Shop Parking lot. Twenty Nine students will be selling items to help fundraise for the National Leadership Conference trip to Atlanta, GA June 28-July 3. *Open House, Aircraft Festival set June 4th at Riverton Regional Airport - *The airport has planned an open house on June 4th, 11-4 p.m., to introduce travelers to the DAC's 30-passenger Dornier jet aircraft, plus other airport features. Learn more . *Wild Horse Eco-Sanctuary to Open June 4* - The grand opening of the Bureau of Land Management’s third wild horse eco-sanctuary will be held on Saturday, June 4, at the Double D Ranch, located seven miles north of Lander, Wyoming. Grand opening festivities begin at 11:00 a.m. and are free to the public. *Daylight Donuts -* On Saturday, June 4th from 5:00am-4:00pm, Daylight Donuts will still be serving complimentary refreshments, donut and ice cream samples and specials. At 11:00am there will be a Donut Eating Contest (winner will receive a $25 gift certificate) followed by an Ice Cream Eating Contest at 12:30pm. *Wind River Farm to Plate gardening event *- Lander School's Lights On program is getting a brand new garden, and it's the first of its kind for the Lander School District. The public is invited to help out with some work tomorrow. Wind River Farm to Plate (WRF2P) will be filling garden beds and building fence at the brand new Lights On garden this coming Saturday June 4th & Sunday June 5th from 9am to 4pm. Prices are $15 adult, $5 for kids. Also they are having a flea market in the same parking lot starting at 10a tomorrow. Anyone who wants to rent a table to sell their goods can call at 349-9871. *Free Fishing Day* - Free fishing day is this Saturday, June 4. On that day no license is required for both residents and nonresidents. June 4 at 8 a.m. at either Big Bend Ponds or Lucky Pond.
