Fort Washakie man accused of soliciting child prostitution

This week the Aurora, Colo., Police Department announced in a news release that a Fort Washakie man has been charged for soliciting child prostitution. Trent Timbana, 36, who is an energy auditor, was arrested along with six other men during a two day sting in mid-May. The undercover operation was led by the Aurora Police Department's Internet Crimes Against Children Unit on May 18 and 19. Timbana and the other six were charged with Soliciting Child Prostitution and Criminal Attempt to Commit Patronizing a Prostituted Child. If convicted they could face 4 to 12 years imprisonment, and will be required to register as a sex offender. The cases have now been filed with the 18th Judicial District Attorney's Office.
