Got grit? Athletes from around the world come to Wyoming

This year the state of Wyoming plans to host the fourth annual Cameco Cowboy Tough Adventure Race. Beginning July 14th and ending July 17th in Casper, WY, the race is packed into 3.5 days of paddling, trekking, ropes, and variations of biking. In total the athletes will cover approximately 360-430 miles of terrain in Eastern Wyoming including the North Platte River and Medicine Bow National Forest. With each stage lasting approximately 16-24 hours, endurance is key for the athletes. Not to mention the unpredictable weather that Wyoming faces, which will help ensure that each competitor maintains a tolerance for uncertainty.
