*NOW HIRING* *Home Attendant Care Partner *(Dietary/Housekeeping aid) - Part-time, temporary To ensure that we have the right person with the right knowledge to fulfill this role, the following is required: High school graduate/GED, Certification in Safe Food Handling procedures, skills in cook-to-order and large group meal preparation, personal skills and traits that convey a desire tocare for people who are ill, disabled, or living with dementia and to work with families, care partners, and support agencies, being responsive to the needs of the Elders, families, and your peers and keeping your promises, a sense of humor, respect for everyone you have contact with. Will require some weekends and some holidays. *Activities Care Partner* (Activity Aid)- Part-time To ensure that we have the right person with the right knowledge to fulfill this role, the following is required: High school graduate/GED, familiarity with the Domains of well-being and is willing to work across the community to bring them to life daily, personal skills and traits that convey a desire to care for people who are ill, disabled, or living with dementia and to work with families, care partners, and support agencies being responsive to the needs of the Elders, families, and your peers and keeping your promises, a sense of humor, respect for everyone you have contact with. Will require some weekends and some holidays. Will assist Activity Director with all duties as assigned. *Daily Living Assistant Ward Care Partner* (Ward Clerk) – full time To ensure that we have the right person with the right knowledge to fulfill this role, thefollowing is required: Certified Nursing Assistant course completion from a state-approved program and Wyoming State licensure. High school diploma or GED. Personal skills, traits, and a desire to care for people who are ill, disabled, or living with dementia and to work with families, care partners, and support agencies. Balance giving and receiving for all, and be spontaneous at times. A sense of humor. Flexibility and a willingness to modify role duties for the overall good of the community and the Elders. *Culinary Mentor *(Dietary Manager) To ensure that we have the right person with the right knowledge to fulfill this role, the following is required: High school graduate/GED, familiarity with the Domains of well-being and is willing to work across the community to bring them to life daily, personal skills and traits that convey a desire to care for people who are ill, disabled, or living with dementia and to work with families, care partners, and support agencies being responsive to the needs of the Elders, families, and your peers and keeping promises, a sense of humor, respect for everyone you have contact with. Successful completion or current enrollment in course approved by American Dietetic Association preferred. Certification in Safe Food Handling procedures, skills in cook-to- order and large group meal preparation. Patience, active listening, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills. Skills in budget management, strategic planning, and human resource practices. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. *Maintenance Worker*- (temporary) Temporary Maintenance Worker with strong carpentry skills. Ability to run equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by your supervisor, to assure that a successful maintenance program is maintained at all times. Basic Life Support Certification. On-site training will be provided. Must be able to communicate and comprehend accurately and effectively in English through both written and verbal correspondence. Must be able to withstand the stresses and demands of an active position. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure, using whole number, common fractions and decimals. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Knowledge of disease management, prevention and treatment services preferred.
