Recent arrests around Fremont County

Here is the report of the weekend's arrests around the county from local enforcement agencies. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Fremont County Sheriff's Office* Vincent Burkett, 26, Newton, Kan., Driving Under the Influence. Burkett was stopped by Wind River Police near Milford after allegedly driving 95 mph in a 65 mph zone. When it became clear that he was not an enrolled tribal member, the case was transferred to FCSO. Lara Halbert, 34, Riverton, DUI, Driving Under Suspension, and Interference with a Peace Officer. According to FCSO Undersheriff Ryan Lee, Halbert allegedly parked her car at a person's residence, stole a truck, and then later returned it and drove off in her own vehicle. The caller reported that Halbert might have hit an antelope while in the truck, but that was unconfirmed. Deputies located Halbert driving in Shoshoni and arrested. Ava Headley, 55, Lander, Failure to Appear. Javonn Lynch, 25, Riverton, Probation Revocation. Lisa Spruhill, 51, Etna, Domestic Violence Battery. Spruhill allegedly struck another person on the head with a beer bottle. Ryan Thain, 35, Bowen, N.D., Violation of a Protection Order. Patrick Vaughn, 25, Riverton, Breach of Peace. Vaughn was allegedly intoxicated, yelling, screaming and throwing law furniture around in the area morning hours on Sunday on Sunnyside Ave. *Riverton Police Department* Daniel Brown, 54, Ethete, Public Intoxication. Jerome C'Hair, 54, St. Stephen's, Public Intoxication. Joseph Trujillo, 46, Riverton, two Contempt of Court Warrants, Probation Revocation, and a felony warrant from New Mexico. Anderson Antelope, 33, Fort Washakie, Shoplifting and Public Intoxication. Charlene Yellowfox, 51, Riverton, Public Intoxication. Jody Blackburn, 36, Arapahoe, Failure to Appear and Drawing and Threatening with a weapon (pocket knife) Norman C'Hair, 29, Riverton, DUI with a Child Passenger, Child Endangering and No Insurance. Clowry Means, 49, St. Stephens, Vagrancy. Benjamin Piper, 50, Arapahoe, Vagrancy.
