Here is the report of Tuesday's arrests around the county from local enforcement agencies. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Riverton Police Department* Ricky Behan, 21, Riverton, Contempt of Court Warrant Julian Spoonhunter, 26, Arapahoe, DUI Jacob, Lujan, 35, Riverton, Public Intoxication Michelle Brown, 39, Arapahoe, was cited for trespassing. Yesterday she was arrested for Disturbing the Peace. At 3:34 p.m. on Tuesday, June 21 police were called to 400 block of N. 7th East for a report of an intoxicated woman banging on walls and windows. Clowry Means, 49, St. Stephens, Public Intoxication *Lander Police Department * Judy Pruitt, 23, Lander, cited for dog at large and aggressive animal. The reporting person was not bitten. *Fremont County Sheriff's Office * Fredrick Sherman, 35, Riverton, Arrest Warrant, Failure to Appear Michele Sutter, 49, Hudson, Arrest Warrant, Failure to Appear 25-year-old male, Riverton, issued citations for Failure to report an injury collision, as well as Interference with a Peace Officer. Deputy located a 2006 Toyota truck that had rolled and was unoccupied. Investigation revealed the truck was traveling at a high rate of speed and lost control near the roadway construction causing the truck to leave the road and roll at least one time. During the investigation the suspected driver of the vehicle appeared back at the crash site, he was identified as a 25 year old male from Cheyenne. The passenger in the vehicle was later located at Sagewest Riverton with an injury to his arm, he was identified as a 25 year old male from Riverton. The investigation into the incident is ongoing. The driver was issued citations for Failure to report an injury collision, as well as Interference with a Peace Officer, alleging that he intentionally gave false information about the circumstances of the wreck and who his passenger was.
