Rupert Brown, 38, Arapahoe, Arrested for Failure to Appear Warrant Paul Bell, 54, Riverton Arrested for Public Intoxication Clowry Means, 49, St Stephens, Arrested for Public Intoxication. *Riverton Police Department - Saturday, July 2* Nikki Perry, 30, Riverton, Arrested for Assault on Police Officer and Interference. Officers observed Nikki urinating in public and approached her. Nikki failed to cooperate and began yelling obscenities at the officers who then arrested her. Nikki kicked one of the officers during the arrest but no injuries to officers. The minor ha da .18% BAC. The intoxicated female juvenile approached some people and called them obscenities and punched a girl in the face and attempted to fight with officers. The minor was released to her mother. *Riverton Police Department - Sunday, July 3* Angela Holder, 41, Riverton, Arrested for Assault. She attacked another female outside a bar and assaulted her. Jackie BadHorse, 29, Ft Washakie, Arrested for Larceny of a Husky at a value of $450.00 and German Shepard at a value of $600.00. The dogs were returned to owners by officers. We'll share Monday's report tomorrow. * *Fremont County Sheriff's Office * Devin Anderson, 32, Lander, Arrested on Contempt of Court Warrant Emily Brown, 36, Pavillion, Arrested on Failure to Appear Warrant Paul Eells, 29, Riverton, Domestic Violence Battery Arrest Warrant Micheal Johnson, 28, Riverton, Domestic Violence Battery. Female victim ran to neighbors house and reported that Johnson pushed her, grabbed her by the throat, and slapped her twice about the face. Shannon Tyra, 28, Crowheart, Interference with a Peace Officer. Deputy on patrol observed a group of people fighting. He specifically observed Tyra attempting to strike a man. The Deputy had to tell Tyra several times to stop. While attempting to deescalate the situation Tyra wrapped her arms around the grill guard of the Deputies truck and would not let go. The Deputy had to use a short burst of Pepper Spray and she complied. She was eventually handcuffed and then continued to attempt to get away from the Deputy. She was arrested for Interference with a Peace Officer. The persons involved in the altercation indicated they did not want to speak about the events. 38 year old Shoshoni man was issued a citation for Property Destruction. The man admitted to punching a breaking the window out of a gaming machine because he was mad at his girlfriend. *Lander Police Department * June 30, Mark Rhodes, 33, Hudson, Arrested for DUS second offense. Cited for expired registration and no insurance. June 30, 34 year old male, Ethete, Matthew Rhodes arrested for Fremont County Sheriff's Office Warrant. June 30, 35 year old male, Riverton, Arrested for Lander Police Department Warrant and cited for public intoxication, open container. July 1, Michelle Niedo/Mitchel, 27, Ethete, Arrested for FCSO Warrant. July 1, Adrianna Lincoln, 32, Arapahoe, Arrested for Sweetwater County Warrant.
