Edison Charley, 20, Ethete, Arrested for Minor Under the Influence, .13%BAC. 44-year-old male, Riverton, cited for trespassing. *Fremont County Sherrif's Office * Misty Pingatore, 33, Hudson, Arrest Warrant for Failure to Pay Fines. Near the 100 block of New Haven Drive in Dubois a caller reported that someone had come onto their property and was setting traps and possibly poisoning rodents. Officers responded and found someone was trapping and shooting rodents (picket pins) on the property as they have over-run the area. There was no poisoning. The reporting person asked the person exterminating the rodents to dispose of them. On Hwy 26 a caller reported that "a bear jumped on their bedroom window after being on the porch ... the caller believes that it's still in the area." Wyoming Game and Fish was notified. *Lander Police Department* Reginald Shakespeare, 52, served Lander Police Department Warrant at the jail. Emmy Surrell, 25, Fort Washakie, cited for expired registration and unsafe backing.
