(Fremont County, Wyo.) - Four Fremont County residents who are charged with either the Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine and/or the Conspiracy to Deliver Methamphetamine entered not guilty pleas this afternoon. [image: 932ff4c2-731d-4671-8a61-28dc5d8cdecc.jpeg] *Arthur Garcia, 33,* pleaded not guilty to the charge of Conspiracy to Deliver Methamphetamine, a felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison and/or a fine of up to $25,000. Garcia's bond was reduced to $25,000 cash or surety. His trial date is set for November 14th. [image: c5cf49dd-fb68-4409-b5ee-d71fbbca3f8f.jpeg] *Jerry Ray Queen, 29, *pleaded not guilty for both counts of the Conspiracy to Deliver Methamphetamine and the Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine, both of which are felonies punishable by up to 20 years in prison and/or a fine of up to $25,000. Queen is currently being held on a $75,000 cash bond. Queen's bond was reduced to $25,000 cash or surety. Summerlin's bond remains at $20,000 cash bond. His trial date is set for November 14th. [image: 56093668-672b-4abb-b579-ed37e42b618f.jpeg] *Dusty Ronald Harris, 35,* pleaded not guilty to four counts of Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine, a felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison and/or a fine of up to $25,000. Harris also pleaded not guilty to one count of Conspiracy to Deliver Methamphetamine, a felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison and/or a fine of up to $25,000. Harris' bond was reduced to $25,000 cash or surety. His trial date is set for November 14th. As part of the investigation by the Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI), Northwest Enforcement Team, Agents with DCI acquired search warrants for communications made to and from Harris' cell phone. As part of the investigation of Harris' drug related activity, the Undercover Cop (UC) completed four transactions with Harris in which the UC met Harris in person and gave him various amounts of money in exchange for methamphetamine in varying amounts. These transactions occurred on January 11, 2016, February 16, 2016, March 2, 2016, and March 14, 2016. In the subsequent investigation, DCI agents confirmed that the delivery and exchange of methamphetamine was taking place between Harris and Garcia, Summerlin and Queen. #county10 #news
