(Gillette, Wyo.) Energy Capital Economic Development hosted a breakfast this morning for community business leaders at The Chophouse. First National Bank president Sam Saunders spoke on his hopes for the coming year in the face of a what could be a difficult economy for Gillette. He seems optimistic that the city will weather any difficult times together, as this is a town that takes care of each other more than any other community this size in Wyoming. Energy Capital

also discussed plans the group has for Gillette in the immediate future.
Along with trying to purchase land to build new businesses, they are
seeking a planning grant from the Columbus Business Council to try and
develop the area east of Cam-Plex.
