Dispatch: Stolen Teddy Bear Leads To Multiple Arrests

Here's the recap from law enforcement around the county today. All calls took place January 14th and early morning January 15th. All persons cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Gillette Police Department* GPD is still searching for the owner of a small silver car that was caught on camera running over a school sign at South Campus High School. There were $200 in damages done to school property. *Will Buesseler, 23, of Gillette*, called police to his apartment Thursday morning to report that people were hiding in his closet, occasionally exiting to steal dinner plates from his kitchen. He confessed to using MDMA (Molly, or ecstasy,) previously in the week, and was taking prescription drugs at the time. A search of the closet revealed no one, but a search of Mr. Buesseler's residence turned up 3.4 grams of pot. He was arrested for possession and use of a controlled substance. *Tina Dundas, 47, Gillette,* arrested for driving while under the influence. *Meranda Flanders, 19, of Gillette*, told police when they were responding to a domestic disturbance call that her husband had pushed her down and punched another man. She was uncooperative with officers and was intoxicated, which led to her arrest for interfering with a police officer, and being a minor in consumption and possession of alcohol. The man who was allegedly punched by her husband did not press charges because he said "he deserved it." *Ben Brown, 25,* was arrested Thursday night after he reported to police that a woman had stolen his teddy bear. He claimed there were drugs in the rented room of his house. A K9 search revealed marijuana and meth pipes in the 63 year old resident's bedroom. The man, *Quentin Hale*, was arrested for possession. Brown was arrested for an outstanding warrant in Minnesota for terroristic threats and harassment. ...The teddy bear is still missing. *Campbell County Sheriff's Office* *Dwayne Gaylor, 33, of Adkins, TX, * was arrested Friday morning at Hank's Bar and Grill for an outstanding warrant for breach of peace. He and three other men had been harassing other patrons at the bar, and were trying to leave the scene when law enforcement showed up. The three other men, aged 48, 30, and 23, all were cited for breach of peace. *Charles Herbst, 42, Gillette, *was arrested for contempt of court. *Emmaline Sargent, 47, of Gillette,* sentenced prisoner. *Billy Terhune, 38, and Brianna Thompson, 19*, were wanted suspects arrested for several outstanding warrants and probation violations.
