Dispatch: Jail Fight and Multiple Drunk Driving Incidents This Weekend

Here's the roundup from law enforcement around the county today. All calls took place January 16th through early morning January 18th. All persons cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Gillette Police Department* Maria Flores-Mendez, 34, of Gillette, was arrested for theft greater than $1000. David Mercado, 31, of Ft. Collins, Colorado, was arrested with multiple drug charges for possession of pills and marijuana. He was also cited for speeding, fleeing the scene of an accident, and not having car insurance. Billy Mooso, 27, of Gillette, was cited for driving without a license. Randy Nichols, 35, of Gillette, was cited for public intoxication. David Peck, 54, of Gillette was arrested for driving while intoxicated. Demecio Plaza, 53, Gillette, cited for contempt of court and possession of pills without the proper prescription. Harold Rank, 52, Gillette, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Robert Wright, 52, was arrested at Jack's Liquor for a probation violation. His blood alcohol level was .130 (the legal limit is .08.) *Campbell County Sheriff's Office* Benito Juarez, 34, of Gillette, was cited for driving without a license and had a bench warrant for contempt of court. Bruce Kelley, 53, Gillette, was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign and driving while intoxicated. Christopher Lara, 22, was cited for battery after starting a fight in the Campbell County Jail with another 33 year old man. Aaron McGuire, 23, of Gillette, was arrested for a failure to appear warrant. Eric Tuttle, 33, Gillette was arrested for unlawful conduct. Kerry Welch, 25, Gillette, cited for contempt of court. Billy Terhune is still being held in the Campbell County Jail on violations and warrants out of Crook County. He is awaiting formal charges from Campbell County.
