Dispatch: Drug arrests; Twelve year old fistfight at the Cam-Plex; Car vandalism

Here's what happened over the weekend in Campbell County. All calls took place January 23rd through January 24th. All persons cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Gillette Police Department *David Bevel, 52, Gillette*, arrested on a warrant. On Saturday night, officers arrested a 17 year old female after she assaulted her 47 year old father. There were scratches on his back, as well as damage to the inside of the house as a result of her violent outburst. She was charged with domestic battery. *Jamie Davis, 47, Gillette*, was arrested outside of Walmart for driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident, and driving without a license. *Brandy Dearing, 39, Rozet*, was arrested on a warrant. *China Delfino, 22, of Gillette*, entered the Powder River Basin Children's Center claiming four cars were chasing her and were "out to get her." Police responded to New Boces and Delfino confessed to injecting meth a few hours prior. She resisted arrest and was charged with use of a controlled substance and interfering with an officer. *Brittany Horton, 23, of Gillette*, was arrested for interfering with an officer. *Ethan Horton, 25, Gillette*, was arrested for domestic battery. *Richard Jenerou, 32, of Gillette*, was arrested on Saturday afternoon. *Mary Lee, 32,* called 911 when she and two others were having complications from ingesting Spice (synthetic marijuana). 1/4th of a gram of meth was found in her house. She was arrested for use of a controlled substance. *31 year old Justin Vilhauer *was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. He was also found to have access to a firearm, which he is prohibited from doing, and so was reported to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms for that violation. *Davey Lunsford, 21,* was arrested on a warrant. *Matthieu Marini, 27*, was arrested for contempt of court. *Susan Markley, 53*, was arrested for contempt of court. *Samuel Schwarze, 56*, was arrested near Lakeway Plaza for public intoxication. *Heather Sprague, 35*, was arrested on a bond revocation and for being in possession of a controlled substance. *Ty Torres, 23*, was arrested for public intoxication and resisting arrest. Gillette Police responded to Albertson's on Saturday morning when a 25 year old man, whose ID did not have the plastic coating and therefore he was being denied the purchase of alcohol, claims the 60 year old Albertson's employee that refused to sell to him had assaulted him by escorting him to the door. Police reviewed surveillance and cited the young man for trespassing, but did not find the employee had committed assault. On Saturday afternoon, a 64 year old woman saw a man trying to hook up to her horse trailer and called police. The 59 year old man said he believed the trailer to be the woman's sister's, and the sister owed him money. He did not take the trailer. 6pm Saturday afternoon, a 47 year old woman in Fox Park mobile home park said she noticed her confederate flag was missing from her fence. She'd last seen it Saturday morning. Saturday night two twelve year olds were fighting at the Cam-Plex. One of the girls punched the other in the face. She is on supervised diversion and her mother was called. Around the same time at Gillette Apartments, two 16 year olds were found drinking. EMS was called and both girls were taken to the ER. Their parents were notified, and they were cited for minors under the influence. At 1:30 am on Sunday morning, a woman found a three year old boy wandering outside, after she heard him crying. Police took him in and gave him to the Department of Family Services. Two hours later a 34 year old woman reported her child missing. The boy was returned to his mother. So far no charges have been filed. A 28 year old woman found that her Ford Taurus had been vandalized some time before noon on Sunday. There was spray paint on all the windows, and "F*** YOU BITCH" was added to the driver's side door. "F***" was spelled incorrectly. *Campbell County Sheriff's Office* *Spencer Barbour, 42, *was arrested for a probation violation. *Dixie Best, 48,* was arrested for contempt of court. A 17 year old was arrested in Newcastle. *Kaleb Eldrige, 25*, of Gillette, was arrested for driving while under the influence, an expired registration, and probation violation. *Harvey Flack, 53*, was arrested for probation violation. *Michael Jones, 25*, arrested for contempt of court. *Fredrick Whalen, 65*, Gillette, was arrested for contempt of court. *Myrl Williamson, 35*, Gillette, was taken in to custody at the courthouse. *Ronald Wilson, 53*, of Gillette, was arrested for contempt of court. *Amber Young, 21*, was arrested for a bond revocation. Saturday afternoon, a 38 year old man forgot his Glock 23 was packed in his carry-on luggage, as well as 12 rounds of ammunition. He remember right before he reached the TSA checkpoint, and alerted TSA officers the gun was in his bag. Sheriff's deputies confiscated his firearm until he returns from his trip. Saturday night, a 27 year old out in Sleepy Hollow received a warning for setting off fireworks. It was during a four-year-old's birthday party. While looking for a warrant subject on Sunday morning, deputies found a 26 year old woman with a misdemeanor amount of marijuana.
